Orders of $60 or less will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS can take up to seven business days for delivery
Orders over $60 will be shipped UPS Ground. UPS Ground typically takes between two to five business days for delivery.
All orders will receive free shipping.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 pm CST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm CST and on Saturdays will be shipped the following business day.
Kimes Enterprises, LLC ships within the United States only. Kimes Enterprises, LLC does not ship internationally nor does Kimes Enterprises, LLC accept international transactions.
Any refunds will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction), will only be issued within 7 days of the original purchase date, and the item returned must be unopened. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Orders placed before 8 pm CST will be eligible for same-day delivery within a ten-mile radius of zip code 76092. Orders placed after 8 pm CST are eligible for delivery the following day before 8 pm.
Delivery days and times are at the discretion of Authentic CBD. We aim to accommodate all of our customers’ needs, however, our delivery service may not operate at times.
